All you need to make this refreshing coffee Slurpie recipe is a blender, coffee ice cubes, milk and sugar to taste, plus a squirt of whipped cream and a drizzle of coffee syrup to finish it all off. Once you see how easy it is to make a coffee Slurpie at home — and how much better it tastes when you make it with your own favorite coffee, you’ll skip the sugar-laden Frappuccinos and Coolattas and save the extra bucks for other fun stuff.

Gather your ingredients. You do have to think ahead a little for this. Make a pot of coffee, pour it into an ice cube tray and stick it in the freezer until the coffee is frozen solid. If you like your coffee sweet, stir in sugar before freezing until it’s completely dissolved, then fill the ice cube tray.

Put a dozen or so coffee ice cubes in the jar of your personal blender.

Add sugar to coffee ice cubes

Add sugar or your favorite sweetener.

Add milk to the blender jar
